Workshops
Our first workshop was a successfully organized and hosted a wellness-focused yoga workshop for 60 residents at a local old age home, creating a meaningful and rejuvenating experience for all participants. The session was led by Raunak, who thoughtfully guided attendees through a series of accessible yoga poses, emphasizing their physical and mental health benefits. The workshop aimed to promote relaxation, improve mobility, and encourage a sense of inner well-being among the elderly participants.
The initiative concluded with the distribution of thoughtfully curated care packages, featuring Base and Bloom’s organic, handmade soaps along with soft, high-quality towels. The soaps are crafted using natural, skin-friendly ingredients, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and gentle self-care. This gesture was designed not only to extend the impact of the workshop beyond the session but also to reinforce the importance of everyday wellness and dignity in care.
Through this initiative, Project Cheer continues to foster community engagement, holistic health, and compassionate outreach.

Our second initiative was a blanket distribution drive at a local old age home, where Project Cheer distributed warm blankets to elderly residents and celebrated a resident’s birthday, creating a heartwarming and memorable experience for all participants. The event aimed to provide comfort and support to the residents while fostering a sense of community, joy, and belonging. Through meaningful interactions, birthday celebrations, and the distribution of essential winter supplies, the initiative sought to spread warmth, compassion, and happiness among the elderly.
